Repair Adhesive
- Instructions for Use
- This specialized adhesive is suitable for repairing various types of conveyor belts. It features fast curing at room temperature, strong bonding with the belt, high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance, good abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and flame-retardant properties. It is suitable for repairing rubber conveyor belts in facilities such as power plants, coal mines, and cement plants.
- First, move the damaged area to a horizontal position. Trim the damaged section of the belt to expose a fresh surface, then grind it smooth. Use a brush with solvent to remove dust and grease.
Open Repair Adhesive Component A and Component B. Pour Component B into Component A and quickly stir for 2–3 minutes until evenly mixed. Apply a thin layer of the mixed adhesive to the repair area first, then pour in the required amount and smooth it with a scraper. Allow it to stand for several hours. Once the surface has hardened, the equipment can be put back into operation.
